Eligibility Criteria for Refund
Effective June 11, 2025, if you do not memorize the 99 Names of Allah after 3.5 months, you may request a refund for the flash cards that you bought. However, you must meet the following conditions:
1. Memorize 1-2 Names Daily: Dedicate time each day to memorizing 1-2 Names of Allah. Be consistent and steady in your effort, progressing daily without skipping.
2. Use the Names in Your Five Daily Prayers: Make dua (supplications) and ask Allah by His beautiful Names.
3. Daily Review: At the end of each day (before you go to bed), review all the Names you have already memorized. Revisiting them ensures retention and understanding instead of moving on without reinforcement.
4. Weekly Writing Practice: Once a week, write down the Names you’ve memorized. Writing reinforces memory and helps solidify the Names in your mind and heart.
5. Listen to a “99 Names of Allah” Nasheed: Enhance your memorization journey by listening to the nasheed on YouTube or another platform. The melody and rhythm create a predictable pattern, making it easier for the brain to process and recall the information.
Conditions for Refund
• Refund requests are only valid after 3.5 months of consistent effort but must not exceed 4 months from the date of purchase.
• Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as, “I didn’t have time," or any excuses of this nature.
