Shipping Policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers around the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
For USA, we offer free standard shipping, excluding clearance items. The shipping time is approximately 7 business days.
For countries outside the USA, shipping rates are determined by the weight of the order. However, we cover a portion of the cost to make it more affordable for our international customers. Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, but in some cases, it may take longer depending on your country's processing times for delivery.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Deen Supplies is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and it is the customers responsibility.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@deensupplies.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders. However, if a customer fails to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including essential details such as apartment numbers or suite numbers, and the package is returned to us by the carrier, the following steps will apply:
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete, including apartment numbers, unit numbers, or any other required details.
- Returned Package: If the package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact the customer to request the correct and complete address.
- Reshipping Fees: The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with reshipping the package to the corrected address. These fees will be communicated prior to processing the reshipment.
- Refund Policy: If the customer no longer wishes to receive the package, we will provide a partial refund for the product, minus any non-refundable shipping costs.
- Address Verification: To prevent future issues, we recommend double-checking all shipping details at checkout. We may implement address validation to ensure the accuracy of the provided information for international shipments.
Shipping to P.O. boxes: Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original package. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@deensupplies.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
