Shipping Policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers around the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
For USA, we offer free standard shipping. The shipping time is approximately 7 business days.
For Canada, there is a flat standard shipping rate of $9.99 (for up to 4 lbs). The shipping time is approximately 1 to 3 weeks.
For all other countries outside of the USA, there is a flat standard shipping rate of $14.99 (for up to 4 lbs). The shipping time is approximately 1 to 3 weeks. From time to time, it may take longer depending on your country processing time of delivery.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Deen Supplies is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and it is the customers responsibility.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@deensupplies.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes: Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original package. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@deensupplies.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
